What to expect as an Agent

• The position consists of taking pledge drive calls for various non-profit organizations.

• There is NO donation solicitation, sales, or cold calls! You will process the payments via incoming calls.

• You are expected to provide consistent, high-quality customer service support to all callers.

• You must document all calls, provide detailed resolutions, and any follow-up to actions.

• Schedule availability is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Capabilities of Top Performing Agents for this Program

• Minimum 6 months of formal telephone experience, preferably call center related

• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher

• Must be self-directed and self-motivated

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong listening skills   

• Able to complete certification within 10 days or less   


**Must be able to pass a background check
**Must be able to pass a video-recorded voice demo (practice demo is provided and required)
**Attention to detail is a required skill
**Must be able to complete all steps effectively and professionally

Equipment Requirements

*No Chromebooks or Macs. Windows PCs only.

PC Requirements:

Dual-core 2 GHz or better or Intel " i " class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better

64 GB total Hard Drive or higher 

2 GB of RAM or better

USB VoIP Headset

Minimum OS - Windows 10. However, Windows 11 is preferred

Hard-wired connection (no wireless)

Google Chrome browser preferred

Internet Requirements

Your internet connection must be private (no public networks) and password-protected. Your system is subject to a scan to ensure compliance and data security.

- High-speed access point with one of the following:

Cable

DSL

FiOS

- Minimum bandwidth requirements: 512K upload / 1.5Mbps download

- Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) are NOT permitted when using the systems

Availability

We are currently recruiting for the upcoming drive which begins one of the months listed:

March, June, August, October, November, and December

Most agents remain active after the initial start

  • Schedule Availability is 24 hours, 7 days a week

  • Agents are required to service 20 hours per month

  • Pay Range: $0.18 - 0.32 per talk minute based on performance. Starting pay is $.25 per talk minute.

  • The client base includes commercial, consumer, and government sectors. You will take incoming calls for nonprofit operations servicing donation and customer service contracts for public broadcasting stations, child welfare, veteran, spiritual, and animal advocacy organizations from the comfort of your home.
