Process
Step 1: Complete Application
Complete the application form to receive information to register. Once your application is received and reviewed, you will receive a unique link to register on the Arise website via email. You will also receive a New Agent Onboarding document and an opportunity for video call, which will review everything you need to know about our work-from-home opportunities and registering for your portal access.
Step 2: Register On Arise and Assessments
Once registered on the Arise website, you must take a Harver and a voice assessment to advance the process. It would be best to allow at least an hour of uninterrupted quiet time to complete the evaluation.
After successfully passing, you will gain access to all available client opportunities available.
Step 3: Selecting a Client and Certification
Choose a client that you would like to work for according to your specifications (hours of work, equipment requirements, training schedule, etc.). Next, complete the steps to reserve your seat for Class Certification training.
Once you have chosen your client, you will receive paperwork from Kaizen Advance to sign and complete via email.
Step 4: Servicing a Client
Once you have successfully completed your Certification Training, you will be able to choose your schedule and begin your journey of earning income remotely.
